Installation Services

Air Marshal offers a variety of installation services for all brands of air conditioning and heating equipment.

Furnace installation includes gas flex, flu pipe, digital thermostat, transition, 4" media filter, return plenum and mastic sealant.

Evaporator coil installation includes emergency pan, overflow safety switch, freon line drier, vacuum pulled to 400 micron, supply plenum and mastic sealant.

Condenser installation includes concrete pad, electrical whip, electrical disconnect, thermostatic expansion valve, freon line drier, line flush with nitrogen, vacuum pulled to 400 microns and re-insulation of the outside line.

Duct replacement includes R-6 or R-8 foil backed flex duct, new Wye branches where needed, new collars, manual airflow dampers and mastic sealant.

Choose from a variety of indoor air quality installations:  

• Humidifiers
• High efficiency air cleaners
• Ultraviolet lights
• Whole house de-humidifiers
• Fresh air ventilation (ERV)
• Drain pan algae tablets
• Duct odor absorbent

Zoning system installation includes design of duct system, electronic dampers, zone panel, low voltage wiring, digital thermostats, bypass damper and duct work as needed.

Heat pump installations include concrete pad, electrical whip, electrical disconnect, thermostatic expansion valve, freon line drier, line flush with nitrogen, vacuum pulled to 400 microns and re-insulation of outside line.

Electric Air Handler installations include emergency pan, overflow safety switch, supply plenum, 4" media filter, return plenum, supply plenum, mastic sealant and digital thermostat.
